Crafted from 100% recycled aluminum in our hydroelectric-powered facility in Switzerland, it delivers reliable performance with a lighter environmental footprint. Featuring our exclusive CXD dual-layer ceramic nonstick coating, this pan pairs a plasma-hardened base for durability with a diamond-infused ceramic top layer for smooth food release and easy cleanup. Completely PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead, and cadmium-free, it offers a nonstick cooking surface without these added chemicals. Its wide cooking surface and high, gently sloped sides make it ideal for sautéing vegetables, searing proteins, simmering sauces, and preparing one-pan meals. The induction-ready base ensures compatibility with all cooktops, while the cast aluminum body promotes even heating and resists warping. Finished with an ergonomic stainless steel handle, it is oven-safe up to 500°F (260°C), making it easy to move from stovetop to oven.
