"Amazing 11" pan. Meets expectations for sautéing vegetables with a little oil and pouring in scrambled eggs to make a frittata for Sunday brunch. The advertized non-stick surface performs exactly as claimed. I did not use oil and there was no sticking of the egg batter at all. I steamed some spinach with the lid and a tablespoon of water and it came out perfectly in 30 seconds. I also have the 9" and the XD line is becoming my preferred line of pans for cooking."
