"The pan is fine if you are not really wanting true nonstick performance. I purchased this specifically for crispy Persian rice, which requires true non-stick performance, and it failed miserably. The customer service is horrible. When I reached out, they said I used high heat, and I can assure you I did not. Crispy rice burns with high heat. They refused to take back the pot. Stay away from this company."
