"I’ve only used them a handful of times so far, but they have been the best non stick pans I’ve used yet. Build quality is great. Even though they’re aluminum, they still have quite a bit of weight to them. They feel very solid. These cannot even be compared to the high end teflon pans I just tossed. "My previous Swiss Diamond pan (probably 15 years ago?) lost its nonstick characteristics after being used the same length of time as a regular cheapo nonstick pan, even though the actual surface was still intact. I am hoping that by moving to the top of the line pan it will stay nonstick longer. My dad's pan (purchased a couple of years ago) has been holding up great, so I thought it was worth a fresh try. I can give a better evaluation of performance a few years down the road. The nonstick surface always works great right out of the box."
